Lara Logan Delivers
CBS Chief Foreign Affairs correspondent Lara Logan gave birth to a healthy baby girl this afternoon at Sibley Hospital. Lola Anne and mother are both doing well! This is Logan’s second child with husband Joseph Burkett. They had a son Joseph in December 2008.
Must be something in the water at CBS…Congressional correspondent Nancy Cordes is also due with her second child in May, and Early Show’s Maggie Rodriguez and Erica Hill are both also expecting.
FishbowlDC sincerely hopes our former co-editor, CBS’ Christine Delargy hasn’t been drinking from the same water fountain (*see fetal alcohol syndrome) but welcomes little Lola to the fishbowl!!
