Speaking to MSNBC this afternoon, Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY) slammed Luke Russert for asking a question about his alleged ethics violations, claiming “that was a dumb question.” Rangel then ripped into Russert further noting his youth and saying “that just shows what has really happened to a channel [NBC] that did have some respect.” Video of the exchange below:
