Who knew there was so much hair underneath those dark suits?

TMZ has the scoop today on VP hopeful Paul Ryan‘s naked abs. This is pre-P90X, but he’s still looking pretty cut, especially compared to the other schlubs walking around the marble halls of Congress. In order to claim his chest as their own, you’ll notice their territorial watermark on the center of his chest. What’s more, TMZ says the photograph can be used from now until Aug. 24, at which point outlets must seek further permission — huh?
