USA Today Lands Jackie Kucinich

Jackie Kucinich by Tom Williams

After nearly seven years, Jackie Kucinich is leaving her beat on Capitol Hill for a sweet new gig at USA Today.  Currently a Senate reporter for Roll Call, the feisty redhead is making a major leap to join the U.S. daily as a national political writer.  At USA Today, she’ll focus on the GOP presidential field, covering the Republican primaries and general election.

Prior to joining Roll Call in November 2008, Kucinich spent more than four years at The Hill newspaper.  During that time she covered both the House and Senate.  We’re told Kucinich will begin her new job in mid-March.

Congratulations to Jackie!
