Carrie Fisher Outs John Travolta, Again

Reporter Brandon Voss of The Advocate scored a saucy slice of celeb-on-celeb action this weekend. In a December 11th declaration that is already being heavily re-discussed by gossip and media pundits, actress Carrie Fisher had this to say about John Travolta:

My feeling about John has always been that we know [he's gay] and we don’t care. Look, I’m sorry that he’s uncomfortable with it, and that’s all I can say. It only draws more attention to it when you make that kind of legal fuss. Just leave it be.

In an Out piece a year ago, Fisher listed as one of her 10 things that gay men should know about straight women the fact that, ‘We don’t really care that John Travolta is gay.’ Voss tracked back to the September 2009 article in his interview question, asking whether the actor is doing himself more of a disservice by publicly going after outlets such as Gawker.com

Gossip columnist Janet Charlton warns Fisher that a deposition may soon be coming her way from Oprah‘s favorite pilot. And it doesn’t take long for Charlton’s commenters to detour into fears that Princess Leia will be offed by the Church of Scientology.
