Still Don’t Think Net Neutrality Is a Big Deal?

Check out this graphic Wired dug up from wireless support companies Allot Communications and Openet–who provide tech services for Verizon and AT&T. The idea: create a technology that will allow providers to monitor everything you do online (Yes, EVERYTHING!) and charge extra for sites like Facebook, YouTube or Skype. In other words, Wired got a hold of a plan that encapsulates every net neutrality advocate’s worst nightmare.

The FCC is currently in the midst of considering net neutrality regulations. So if you don’t want your provider monitoring your porn usage and charging you two cents per MB for using Facebook, you might want to call your congressman and tell them to hop on board this net neutrality thing.
