Jessica Winter Leaves Time for Slate

Jessica Winter is leaving Time magazine for a spot at Slate. Winter has been a contributor to Slate, but now will take on the full-time role of business and technology editor.

Winter was most recently the arts editor at Time. She had been with the magazine since 2011. Prior to that, Winter served as senior editor at O, The Oprah Magazine for three years.

Winter will join Slate June 10.
