Larry Mendte Takes WPIX Viewers to Libya, May Have Sit Down With Qaddafi

On the heels of his double Emmy-winning night on Sunday, Larry Mendte began as series of exclusive reports from Libya last night for the PIX 11 News at Ten.

Mendte is the lone reporter accompanying former U.S. Representative Curt Weldon to Libya to document the negotiations.

Our sister site TVSpy reports Mendte may strike gold by interviewing the embattled Libya’s leader Muammar Qaddafi.
