All eyes are on Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist today in the wake of the spreading rumor that he may step down from the Court -- one week after his former colleague Sandra Day O'Connor did just that. Word on the street is he's planning to announce his retirement this morning at 11:00am. But, others doubt he'll resign with Bush out of the country, and more pressing issues at hand. But at this point, who knows. Could be a busy, busy weekend.

Update, 11:06 am: CNN, FNC and MSNBC are all running continuous London coverage; on NBC, the director of Canyon Ranch talking to Jane Pauley is only marginally more interesting than Mariah Carey on "Ellen" in a cleavalicious suit talking about her skanky quest to be prom queen.
