NYC performer-turned-author Robert Galinsky was kind enough to make us aware of his new book Coffee Crazy: 140 Aha! Coffee Moments from the Conference Room to the Cafe to the Kitchen. It’s out officially next week and really, it’s hard to resist a synopsis like this one:
It’s a book about our national drink with 140 passages, 140 characters or less, and includes 100 passages I’ve authored and 40 passages that I’ve curated exclusively for the book from the likes of: Rosie Perez, David Hasselhoff, Robert Evans, Perez Hilton, Elvira and coffee shops Aroma Espresso, Ninth Street Espresso, The Bean, Joe’s and many more.

Given the focus of his book and energetic overall efforts, we had to ask – what kind of coffee does Galinsky personally go for? “I battle myself daily,” he tells FishbowlNY. “Going between a double espresso, which is actually served as a single espresso at Ninth Street Espresso on 9th and Avenue C. Or a ‘cafe Cortado’ at Abraco Espresso on 7th Street and 1st Avenue.”
