Vanity Fair Publishes Special Hollywood Scandal Issue

Everyone loves reading about scandals and gossip, so to satisfy that hunger, Vanity Fair has published “The Best of Vanity Fair: Hollywood Scandal, Sex, and Obsession,” a special issue available today, for $10.99. Inside readers will find classic features from the magazine that focused on things like the mystery behind Natalie Wood’s death, gossip from the set of Cleopatra and reporting on the shocking OJ Simpson trial.

In connection with the special issue, on November 26, “Vanity Fair: Hollywood Scandal,” will air on CBS. The show will expand on the topics tackled in the magazine.

Graydon Carter, in his introduction to the issue, wrote, “The modern Hollywood scandal has developed its own set of rituals: steeped in history, accessorized with contemporary flair, and in the end as tightly scripted as any blockbuster sequel or red-carpet processional. The story line is certainly predictable. But as with any good genre film, the zest is in the details.”

We couldn’t agree more.
