Veteran WCBS Reporter Jay Dow Joins WPIX
Make it another feather in WPIX’s cap!
Without much fanfare, Channel 11 has established a nice complement of reporters. The latest “get” for the Tribune-owned station is Jay Dow. He is a two-time Emmy Award winner, who just wrapped up a decade with Channel 2.
Dow goes up the dial starting January 16. He’ll begin at Channel 11 reporting on the morning news.
The accomplished reporter no doubt leaves behind many memories; professional and personal. Dow’s uncle was the late CBS News correspondent Harold Dow.
The younger Dow began his broadcast career in front of the camera at NY1 in 1999.
