Harry Potter Fan Creates a Website for The Ministry of Magic

harry potter logoOne Harry Potter fan has launched a website for The Ministry of Magic, the government that oversees the wizarding world featured in J.K. Rowling’s book series.

Andy Brown, the actual creator of this site, declared himself as “Head of Department of the Use of Muggle Technologies.” According to The Next Web, the site was fashioned after the United Kingdom’s own GOV.UK website.

Here’s more from the article: “There isn’t much to dive into, admittedly – almost all of the links direct to this Confundus post – but it’s the polish and execution on the front page that make this such an impressive piece of web design. Whether it’s the GOV.UK banner, the typeface used for the Ministry of Magic logo or the wording under the all-too familiar sub-header ‘What we do,’ it’s the details that make this fan-developed site shine.”
