Rolling Stone broke the news that Smashing Pumpkins’ frontman Billy Corgan is writing a “spiritual memoir.”
In the article, Corgan (pictured, via) described his struggle to write: “I’ve decided to write this on my own, which is complete insanity. I try to spend about an hour a day on the book, which is the time I would usually put towards music writing. So that means I have to find that hour, because I won’t give up that music writing time.”
Corgan has managed to find time to share spiritual thoughts on Twitter. Recently, he tweeted: “When the arrow shot is true, whatever poison it is dipped in first doesn’t matter, for it’s strike can only bring forth love.” He also tweeted: “life is good, love is magik, live in the present and let God guide you home! there is no past, there is no future…”
