Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice just finalized a three-book deal with Crown Publishers--a deal the AP reports "is worth at least $2.5 million."

Rice's literary career will begin with a memoir of her time in President George W. Bush's administration, then write about her family, and finally, write a YA version of her family memoir.
