Judge Denies Amazon’s Motion to Dismiss BookLocker Lawsuit

This week a federal judge denied Amazon.com’s (AMZN) request to dismiss an anti-trust lawsuit filed by the print-on-demand company, BookLocker. According to MaineBiz, the suit argues that “Amazon’s demand that publishing companies use a specific printer in order to sell their books in the Amazon marketplace” violates federal antitrust laws.
