lyricalpressIndie publishing house Kensington Publishing Corp. has acquired the eBook publishing company Lyrical Press, in a deal whose terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition brings 250 romance, YA, and genre fiction titles from Lyrical Press’ backlist into the Kensington collection. Lyrical Press will continue to operate under its current name under Kensington Publishing’s umbrella. Kensington will continue to acquire new titles for the digital imprint. The titles will also be available as print-on-demand editions.
