Effective November 1, mediabistro.com editor-in-chief Elizabeth Spiers is stepping down to complete the novel ICM blogger specialist Kate Lee just sold to Simon & Schuster's Geoffrey Kloske, a Wall Street satire called And They All Die in the End. To help make ends meet while she's inking the final chapters, she'll also take up the life of the full-time freelancer.
