Pearl Buck Novels To Be Released As eBooks

Thirteen novels by author Pearl Buck, the first American woman to win the Pulitzer Prize and the Nobel Prize in Literature, will be released as eBooks classic novels by Open Road Integrated Media.

The digital publisher signed a deal with the author’s estate to digitally release classic novels digitally including: The Good Earth, House Divided, Kinfolk, Living Reed, Mother, Pavilion of Women, Peony Promise, SonsBig Wave, Child Who Never Grew, Dragon Seed and East Wind: West Wind. The titles will be released as eBooks on August 21st.

Each eBook will include a biography of Buck, with exclusive photos. Open Road will also create marketing videos about the Nobel laureate. Open Road is the digital publisher of many classic backlist titles from authors including: Lawrence Durrell, Horace McCoy, and Rachel Carson, among others.
