Scene @ Evan Mandery’s Book Party

Evan Mandery greets a fan at the party celebrating the publication of his first novel, Dreaming of Gwen Stefani, earlier this week at Rouge Wine Bar. (But not his first book; you might remember The Campaign, his account of Ruth Messinger’s mayoral run, from the late ’90s.) Mandery’s agent, Janet Reid, was there to cheer her author on, along with the rest of the crew from the Imprint Agency, while Jeanine Pepler of AKA PR greeted guests at the door.
