Writer Aims To Visit 365 Book Clubs in a Year

On this encore edition of the Morning Media Menu, we spoke with Jennifer Miller, a novelist who visited 76 book clubs in a single month.

To promote her novel, The Month of the Gadfly, she now hopes to visit 365 book clubs in a year. Miller also shared practical advice for other authors looking to connect with book clubs.  Press play below to listen on SoundCloud. Here’s more about the project:

Each club member will receive a signed bookplate and entry into the Book-Club-In-A-Box Giveaway with some of my favorite goodies, and every organizer will receive a free copy of the novel. Your group will also be mentioned in the official RecordSetter.com page. All you need to do is propose an event here on Togather, rally a minimum of four people to read Gadfly, and voilà — you and your group will be part of history!
