Business Insurance, a biweekly news magazine and website covering risk management, commercial insurance and employee benefits, seeks an Associate Editor to report and write stories for magazine edition and daily news items for the website.
Candidate will work closely with assignment editors to report and write breaking news, analytical news stories and feature content.
Successful candidate must have solid reporting skills and know how to work a beat to uncover industry trends and exclusive news stories. Daily news reporting experience and 3 – 5 years’ business reporting experience preferred.
We cover a wide range of issues so an ability to grasp a variety of subjects is vital.
Position based in New York or Chicago, with some domestic travel.
Business Insurance is the authoritative news and information source for executives concerned about risk and its impact on their business, and also by providers of risk management products and services.
