Job Requirements Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead efforts to engage, grow and monitor audiences for Corporate Education Partnership programs through multiple digital channels — web, mobile, social, and more. The candidate will have proven experience running social media campaigns, and developing and implementing SEO tactics. He/she must be able to communicate fluently and impactfully to different audiences through all relevant communication channels, with an eye to growing overall audience size and participation. He/she is responsible for helping to build a strong, engaged community to help support our business goals including, but not limited to:
* building social/community around CEP programs
* Encouraging program participation and providing real-time engagement opportunities
* Driving traffic to program websites and hitting participation metrics (utilizing digital techniques such as SEO/SEM/E-Mail, etc.
* Identifying and sharing insights with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Account Management teams to develop digital marketing plans.
2. Develop, deploy, manage, and analyze social marketing programs to create innovative campaigns in support of education partnership programs across social networks.
3. Identify and implement strategic plans for social audience growth, engagements, and site visits.
4. Continuously optimize program presence on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and other relevant social media platforms.
5. Maintain and refresh all assets on all official social media pages and accounts, working closely with internal stakeholders.
6. Moderate fan conversations on official social media pages and accounts.
7. Set goals for growth and implement metrics to measure campaign success.
8. Report weekly social metrics utilizing various social analytics tools.
9. Understand and develop marketing strategy that considers the interconnectivity of SEO, paid search, advertising, website, social and blogging.
10. Guide website content development strategy based on keyword research and competitive analysis.
11. Develop and execute an editorial calendar, content refresh plan, and blogging/partner strategy to continually optimize search rankings.
12. Establish and support social media and SEO best practices.
13. Actively research new opportunities that will increase visibility of programs in the market.
14. Proactive research to identify new outreach partners and platforms based on program audience, goals and objectives, and emerging technologies.
