Information Security eDiscovery Analyst

Job Requirements The Information Security eDiscovery Analyst will work closely with eDiscovery Manager and will advise on complex electronic discovery and document review matters, provide technical expertise, support creation guidelines for implementation, assist in management outside vendors, and plan discovery protocols and procedures. The Information Security eDiscovery Analyst requires broad expertise and demonstrated knowledge of eDiscovery processes, detailed technical knowledge of eDiscovery issues, an understanding of networking concepts and metadata, strong technical and project management skills, ability to describe complex technical concepts and ideas in non-technical terms, strong negotiation and analytical skills. Perform quality checks on data received for loading and reports statistics on quality of data and images. Design and document software utility modules using scripting languages. Perform complex tasks associated with OCR conversion; PDF conversion, CD-ROM creation and image printing that do not lend themselves to standardized procedures. Work with senior team members to ensure quality of loaded data and images. Provide updates to the case teams regarding project progress and issues. Assist with software testing and trouble-shooting. Create Clearwell databases and sets up user accounts. Maintain physical order of source media and other related materials. Assist with printing, document production (paper and electronic), creates CDs.



IT / Computer Science education and/or hands-on experience. 5 years experience in eDiscovery. 2-4 years hands-on experience with Clearwell eDiscovery tool. Solid knowledge of state and federal eDiscovery laws as it pertains to collection requirements. Strong functional knowledge and experience with eDiscovery data mgmt. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to develop effective collaborative relationships Strong organization and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to manage multiple projects and achieve goals in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment
