Job Requirements The Chicago office of Landor is looking for a design director or creative director to join our small, talented and vital team.

Could this be you?

You have 8-12 years of experience. You can command a room in a presentation. And you mentor and direct a design team swimmingly.

But you’ll also be a curious and creative brand-thinking designer who brings creativity to everything you do, who understands that brand expression and experiences transcend the business card, the web site, the package – the old way of thinking about brands and brand identity.

You’re a problem solver, a collaborator who will fight for your team, a clear and passionate communicator who knows that language is a powerful component to visual expression.

You’re relentless in zeroing in on exactly what the problem is and in using creativity to pursue the truest solution. And, importantly, your work stands out.

You’re responsible and get that our client relationships are always a negotiation for the best that can be attained.

You are optimistic and enthusiastic but also a bit restless and dissatisfied.
