* Conduct market analysis
* Develop, implement and refine brand identity and messaging including creative design
* Conduct and distribute marketing and sales analysis, consumer insights and market intelligence
* Strategically plan and execute sales and traffic building programs and promotions
* Identify, develop and support marketing partnerships, vender partnerships and B2B programs that build guest traffic, sales and community support
* Partner with Operations and Training leaders to gain alignment and maximize effectiveness
* Provide functional expertise, counsel and education
* Guide the creative process with in-house graphic design team and outside agencies for brand marketing and advertising materials
* Evaluate, analyze and execute media buys
* Develop and manage public relations, social media and general media activities
* Develop and execute new restaurant opening marketing plans
* Partner with Social and Digital Marketing Manager to develop and guide social media content, promotions and programming including building and maintenance of guest databases and social media followers
* Provide analytics to support menu development, product offering and pricing
* Participate in cross-functional project teams
* Create annual marketing plans and budgets including calendars
* Support and participate in restaurant promotional activities (will include some nights and weekends)
Required Knowledge/Skills/Aptitudes
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Demonstrated Local Store Marketing expertise
* Food and beverage professional or enthusiast
* Strong business acumen
* Proficiency in the MicroSoft Office Suite
* Fluent collaborator with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others

* As a field support position, this is a hands on position that will spend 50-75% of its time in the restaurants and the community (New Jersey) in partnership with Operations leaders, will include some nights and weekends and require the reimbursed use of personal vehicle
Required Education & Experience
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or a related field
* 3+ years field marketing experience in the Restaurant, Beverage, Hospitality or Retail industry
* Graphic Design, HTML, Social Digital experience/proficiency a plus
* Multi unit/site support strongly preferred
* Previous experience building brand identity and presence strongly preferred
