* The Manager, Analytics/BI is responsible for implementing and managing organization wide Omniture tracking, reporting and ongoing maintenance. This person will be the eyes of the organization into our consumer data and digital analytics platforms.

* The manager will support strategic analytic-driven initiatives to increase traffic, engagement, and optimize site performance, as well as provide analysis for our ad sales, finance, strategy & marketing teams.

* Oversee implementation of measurement technologies (Omniture, comScore, etc.) across all digital platforms (desktop, mobile, email, and social) Drive Omniture testing and implementation standards, maintaining consistency across all DailyCandy products

* Develop and maintain Omniture implementation processes and guidelines documentation

* Responsible for coordinating with tech teams to ensure appropriate site tagging, and for ensuring data quality

* Respond to ad hoc metrics-related queries from across the organization as necessary

* Provide ad hoc SiteCatalyst training to business users as necessary

* Help to develop key analytics-driven initiatives such as A/B testing, online segmentation, and traffic forecasting

* Develop reports and analyses produced to drive decisions within Business Development, Editorial, Strategy, Sales & Marketing



Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years of web analytics, media/advertising/marketing research/strategy, or management consulting experience

* Deep Omniture SiteCatalyst experience, including understanding of data collection / tagging methodology

* Bachelors Degree Eligibility Requirements:

* Strong technical skills (.asp, php, Flash, html, JavaScript , Java, CMS systems, etc) preferred

* Email marketing experience (ExactTarget, CheetahMail) preferred

* SQL or QlikView experience preferred

* Comfort working with disparate data sources

* Familiarity with the mechanics and methodologies of digital audience measurement (tagging, panels, etc.)

* Strong analytic ability; critical thinker; fast learner; proactive problem solver

* Ability to analyze and interpret data

* Strong personal skills/presentation skills
