Job Requirements Currently we have an opening for a home-based Sales Manager in Florida. This position is an individual contributor and does require travel throughout Florida and potentially the Southeast. To be successful with Eye, our candidates should have the following background:
- 3-5 years of local media sales experience in Florida with a focus on Automotive, Education, Medical/Healthcare, and Jewelry. Must be comfortable calling on clients and agencies
- Must have the ability to promote and sell OOH solutions in a Mall Environment
- Knowledge of, and sales experience in Mobile sales
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to successfully and creatively facilitate in person presentations to clients
- Must be self motivated and able to meet financial goals, and activity goals and deadlines (take ownership of your business)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key marketing, advertising and media decision makers a must
- Comfortable with cold calling to clients, media agencies, and buying services

- Take initiative and follow through on all tasks
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize, multitask and maintain an organized work process
- Have positive working relationships with team members
- Ability to work successfully and productively from a home office environment

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must
- Preferred experience in Sales Force
