Job Requirements TV Land is seeking a Media Planning Assistant/On-Air Promo Scheduler to execute accurate, strategic logs that support TV Land's promotional and financial goals.

Responsibilities:
•Execute interstitial and short-form programming goals and strategy
•Write and input all primary & secondary elements (promos, interstitials, graphic and credit crunches) on assigned logs. Review strategy and accuracy.
•Ensure that all sponsor commitments are executed on log as planned.
•Ensure formats are correct at all times in the traffic system.
•QC Logs for accuracy
•Create & maintain TVL log scheduling grids.
•Generate Media Planning documents that assist and inform log execution (ie: traffic bin, As Run/tracking reports, Add/Contingency Memo, etc.)
•Assist with launch/premiere documents for original series.
•Preview all promotional and graphic elements prior to air.
•Monitor traffic reports for accuracy and ensure that all expected promotional elements will available by deadlines.
•Be informed of information/updates contained in Creative Briefs.
•Research, brainstorm & develop breakthrough promo, crunch and graphic concepts.
•Screen original programs for effective flag placement
•Group projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree with solid internship experience or 1-2 years of relevant experience

Desired Qualifications:
•Trafficking, scheduling or programming background a plus
