Manage the Advertising Dept. Telesales staff. Increase sales of Advertising. Responsible for staff management of Telesales Department. Assist Director in goal setting, financial reporting, and the development of processes and policy - which improve the effectiveness of the Telesales Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITIES
Increase Category sales volume and revenue. Work with Director to develop and implement goals, team systems and processes to ensure that team members are selling cooperatively and effectively to achieve sales goals. Responsible for executing marketing strategy while working with Advertising Director and Marketing Manager. Work with Director to develop strategic planning processes for Telesales, making recommendations for organizational structure, internal processes and compensation. Shape and implement telecommunications and management reporting systems.
EXPERIENCE
College degree and/or equivalent business experience (BA/BS)
Three years managerial experience
2-3 years Advertising experience desirable
Telephone Sales and Telephone Customer Service experience necessary
