Job Requirements We are looking for an ambitious, self-directed individual to join our Customer Sales & Service team in our Fairfield, NJ office.

The Digital Collection Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting the sales promotion and other related activities that support the ASME Digital Collection Sales effort. Candidate will be responsible for the follow-up and selling of ASME offerings to prospective customers generated by marketing and sales leads, and identifies new sales opportunities through phone, internet and email prospecting with the goal of meeting or exceeding revenue quota for a defined territory. Must be able to initiate business conversations, be persuasive and have strong facilitating and negotiating skills.

Requires an associate’s degree or additional equivalent experience and at least 3 years of experience working in a digital publishing environment, which should include prior experience as a consultative sales representative. Must be experienced in rapport building, probing for needs and consultative sales. Successfully demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers a must. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal; strong organizational, and analytical skills and be results oriented.
