Job Requirements The Ad Manager is responsible for the management of online and offline ad campaigns from strategy and creative development through production, optimization and overall management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong creative and strategic sensibility, along with an interest in innovation. Responsibilities also include the optimization and ongoing analysis of all paid advertising campaigns including display (banners, rich media, mobile and video) and pay per click (PPC) in partnership with our Data Analysts. This individual will work to maximize (ROI) for campaigns, in line with other key performance indicators and benchmark metrics. They will also be on point for working with internal marketers and our agency in a proactive, super smart and collaborative manner. Additionally, this role manages the advertising budget; the purchase orders process and facilitating related activities with our finance team and partners.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

Work with internal marketers and our agencies in the management, development, production and optimization of our online and offline advertising campaigns
Plan/Develop/Execute all elements of the off-line and online Advertising programs:
Develop annual advertising plans for various campaigns
Align advertising plans with corporate brand/communication objectives
Develop and manage advertising schedule, trafficking and overall production efforts
Manage advertising programs budget
Meet goals and objectives
Manage advertising agency
Research, present and implement major media/creative ad plans, results and tests
Writing customized in-depth analysis of advertising campaigns performance including online media, mobile and web analytics that highlight campaign strengths and weaknesses, performance, return on investment, optimization options, ad fatigue, etc. on a weekly basis
Develop insights that illustrate the contribution advertising is making towards achieving business objectives
Ensure all efforts are consistent with the overall strategic direction of the various products and campaigns as well as the corporate branding guidelines
Maintain all tagging and tracking for campaign performance, analysis and optimization
Work with internal partners on advertising landing pages to help achieve conversion rate optimization and to ensure positive user experience
Monitor and report on competitive advertising activity
Stay abreast of new developments and changes in paid search, display, mobile, video and social advertising; proactively share best practices, trends and tips, benchmarks with team, and actively research, test and propose new approaches to improving digital advertising results
Manage the advertising budget, purchase order process and facilitate related activities with our finance team

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree, minimum of 4 years of experience
3 years of digital and traditional advertising experience developing strategy, creative, production, optimization and project management experience in an ad agency or client organization
Ability to conceptualize strategic ideas and plans
Demonstrate an innovative, collaborative and forward thinking approach
Understanding of how and interest in building integrated marketing communications programs
Knowledge of web tracking tools such as Google Analytics. Working knowledge of ad networks and ad serving DoubleClick is a bonus
Commitment to working closely and partnering with our agency and internal partners to deliver smart insight and amazingly creative campaigns that move the needle beyond expectations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and diplomatically to a wide range of audiences
Must be super detail oriented and can work well under pressure
Self-starter and fast learner with the ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively
The ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever changing environment and meet deadlines
Strong Microsoft Office and Google Analytics skills
Experience with 3rd party ad serving technology (e.g. DoubleClick)
Enterprise software experience a plus
