MyPoints is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the Product Management efforts at MyPoints. This role will include definition, design and implementation of the overall consumer experience on the MyPoints service. Areas of focus include web experience, mobile experience, e-mail experience including targeting, point award levels, partner/advertiser proposition, and overall consumer proposition.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field.
2. 5+ years in product management roles with strong track record in designing user experience, consumer behavior, and social behavior on consumer web/mobile properties.
3. Ability to drive a world-class product development process throughout its life-cycle from initial conceptualization to product implementation, delivery, evaluation and refinement.
4. Strong experience with Metrics Setup and Analysis.
5. Expertise in Social Network interactions and programmatic interfaces. Ability to do product feature design on top of Facebook.
6. Strong point of view regarding industry trajectory and consumer potential in the general areas of e-commerce, loyalty points and other related areas.
Responsibilities:
1. Refine, implement and manage our overall product strategy to ensure MyPoints’ is competitive with new offerings in the industry in a manner that leverages the large customer base and extensive retail partner relationships.
2. Align product strategy with revenue and profit goals
3. Develop and implement the overall product vision, strategy and user experience.
3. Manage and optimize existing partner relationships, including evaluation, coordination and management of partners’ initiatives.
4. Develop measurement/metrics infrastructure, both internally and for partner reporting.
5. Articulate a consistent product vision for all to follow and push through organization.
6. Maintain deep understanding of MyPoints’ products, pricing model(s), market environment and competitive positioning.
