Bachelor's degree;
Minimum of two years' experience in digital advertising;
Demonstrated facility with Microsoft Office;
Strong analytical skills; working knowledge of Omniture, Dynamic Logic, DFP, comScore and other systems that are part of the online ecosystem;
Strong interpersonal skills;

As an integral part of the Inc. Digital team, the Digital Campaign Manager will help ensure that online revenues derived from ad sales and sponsorships are realized. This new position will support 5 New York and 1 Detroit-based sales managers. The DCM will act as the point person for all phases of digital campaign management including:
Initial brainstorming with sales, marketing and other groups in response to RFPs;
Building media proposals into Excel or other agency-provided templates;
Assist Ad Operations and Account Management in the collection of campaign assets;
Update and provide ad specs for all campaign proposals/sales inquiries;
Manage digital campaign workflow; input sold campaign deliverables into agency systems when required;
Monitor delivery and coordinate internal communications concerning campaign performance and optimization strategies;
Update and disseminate internal data to the team for various platforms (Flipboard, Tablet subs, mobile visitors, etc.).
