Freelance Production Assistant

Job Requirements The successful candidate will be offered a nine-month contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Digital Design Associate in producing digital and print marketing collateral for US teams. Qualified candidate will be required to produce content within template materials:

• Code HTML emails and newsletters
• 1-3 page marketing flyers
• Advertisements (including banner ads)
• Event brochures
• Event invites (print & HTML)

Qualification/Requirements:
• At least 2-5 years of related design experience in a professional setting
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite CS6, including Dreamweaver, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator,
• Must be able to design in HMTL code
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive attitude
• Capacity to work independently without supervision and within tight deadlines
About Our Company UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) is the United Kingdom Government's international business development agency. UKTI USA, working closely other agencies in the United Kingdom, is charged with transatlantic trade development between the UK and the US; and with assisting US companies looking to invest in the UK. The UKTI network in the USA is run from headquarters in New York with a total of eight offices across the US market. The Freelance Production Assistant will report to the Digital Design Associate based in New York and will support UKTI teams across the country through the development of template marketing materials. The hourly rate is $25 an hour and the successful candidate will be working remotely.
