Seeking Senior Digital Marketing Managers with expertise in one or more online marketing verticals (ppc, seo, etc) and ability to lead a marketing team. Prior agency experience is a big plus with ability to help sales team in pitching marketing retainers/campaigns

Core Responsibilities:
Provides suggestions and guidance to clients on their marketing initiatives
Acts as a resource in sales meetings, calls, and pitches
Reviews custom marketing agreements prior to presentation to clients
Provides marketing project estimates
Oversees a number of assigned marketing projects:
Coordinates efforts across different teams of the marketing department
Analyzes and tracks campaign progress
Strategizes improvements based on observed campaign progress
Attends client calls and meetings when required
Promotes growth and development of Marketing Department by:
Testing and recommending new software/vendor solutions
Proposing and developing new marketing services
Suggesting/creating new processes
Staying current with industry trends and sharing knowledge/ideas with department
Recommending structural changes/improvements as necessary
Meet monthly with division leads and MM team to discuss department issues, ideas, improvements
Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge & Skills
Able to audit marketing agreements for inconsistencies or errors prior to presentation to clients
Able to provide accurate marketing project estimates
Able to independently optimize a new or existing website
Possesses thorough understanding of how to use social media in the context of BFM clients
Able to identify key areas of improvement for poorly converting websites
Demonstrates clear understanding of the principles of email marketing
Demonstrates thorough understanding of principles of paid search and display campaign management
Able to complete a full website/marketing audit for a prospective client
