Job Requirements Responsibilities
• Act as the lead in-market US representative for ironSource's solutions, selling the product to advertisers and agencies across the country.
• Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted advisor to major advertisers and agencies to optimize their marketing efforts
• Work collaboratively with an international team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.
• Generate strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and obtain new clients.
• Understand and convey ironSource’s ongoing product and technology developments
• Effectively work with internal teams to maximize the client experience, such as developing customized advertising programs, securing financing terms, etc.
Qualifications
• BA/BS degree (in lieu of degree, 3 years relevant work experience)
• Experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media
• Experience selling to and working extensively with digital advertising agencies
• Knowledge of and established relationships within the advertising industry, ideally in the technology/software space
• Knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategies (e.g., affiliate marketing, SEO, PPC, retargeting, etc.)
• Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
• Proven sales skills with successful record of attaining or exceeding quotas
• Ability to comprehend and explain the features and benefits of multiple technology products
• Ability to take a consultative sales approach with prospective clients in order to offer custom-tailored advertising solutions and work with AM to manage results
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities using effective organizational and time-management skills
• Travel may be needed to attend industry events.
• Ability to positively adapt to change in a highly dynamic startup
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally

As part of the team you will use your entrepreneurial skills and knowledge of online media to target, educate and onboard new advertisers on our platforms and network, as well as work with existing clients to grow their business.

As an AE you will quickly learn about our rapidly evolving product offering and you will present and sell it in to new clients.

You will also work with an international team to effectively create and execute advertisers’ strategies for successful campaigns.
Working directly with the VP Strategic Partnerships and as a key early San Francisco team member, you will also have the opportunity to participate in various aspects of the business, including strategic partnership meetings, events and more.
