Job Requirements
Experiential marketing agency seeks a seasoned Account Manager for its San Francisco office. Account Manager will plan, coordinate and direct experiential marketing activations on 4-5 targeted accounts. Collaborate with internal Agency departments to formulate plans that will extend business with these accounts through innovative, integrated solutions. Identify and address changes in marketing environment. Submit proposals to targeted account clients including competitive review and yearly tactical plan. Anticipate client needs (short term / long term) and proactively address issues.
Job Responsibilities
• Provides leadership role for client teams
• Responsible for strategic development and implementation of integrated marketing programs including: launches, employee engagement, brand immersion & interaction, communications campaigns, channel conversations and events
• Ensures that all activations are in line with the agreed upon strategic direction across all communication channels
• Serves as primary team interface with client - VP/Directors of MarCom, Product and Event Managers
• Responsible for the P&L for line of business and the ongoing management of the budgets for targeted account programs
• Reviews monthly and quarterly financial tracking reports with Finance leads and presents reports to management
• Collaborates with Biz Dev to formulate plans that extend targeted account business
Skills/Qualifications
• B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field
• Seasoned manager to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent writer and communicator with experience presenting strategic and tactical plans to senior management
• Ability to work in team environment fostering ideas through team collaboration
• Sound financial skills – has prepared budgets, staffing plans, and statement / scope of work plans.
• Launch experience preferred with global experience a definite plus
• 5 - 10 years in Technology, Gaming, Pharma, Consumer a plus
