Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have had some exposure to marketing and project management through internships or previous jobs but is looking for hands on experience. You must be super sharp, adaptable, and thrive in high pressure situations while being able to focus on the details.

Responsibilities:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports scope development and execution.
• Creates and directs project workflow and deadlines; communicates these consistently and clearly to client contacts; tracks metrics, generate reports, and provide interpretation as needed.
• Manages third party delivery organizations including creative, content, and technology vendors; ensures delivery of high-quality products consistent with our standards (i.e., excellent creative, on target strategically, and on time and budget).
• Communicates among departments and with client contacts in order to resolve conflict, celebrate success, and achieve strong team and client relationships; properly interprets client feedback; keeps management apprised of critical client concerns and opportunities.

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & SALES RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contributes creative and innovative ideas; gathers insights, facts and data to enrich the planning and creative processes for the client and internal team.
• Actively participates in strategic and creative client presentations, selling and promoting the company’s point of view.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Previous jobs or internships with hands-on experience in marketing or other related disciplines or 2+ years assisting an events team or event-planning executive.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Travel and travel-related experience is helpful, including interaction with tourism boards, convention and visitor bureaus, hotels/resorts, cruise lines, airlines, rental cars/transportation, meeting planners and travel agents.
• Ability to work in a start-up initiative with flexibility, creativity, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to focus and succeed in a sometimes high-pressure environment with coworkers/clients that have varied personalities and working styles
• Understanding of print, digital and event platforms, terminology and workflows is a plus.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Strong computer proficiency (i.e. Microsoft Office, SalesForce, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
