Comedy Central is seeking a Multi-Platform Programming Coordinator to schedule the Comedy Central Stand-Up app channel, currently available on iOS and Xbox. The position will require a commitment of 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule the Comedy Central Stand-Up app channel, currently available on iOS and Xbox.
• Responsible for quality control of all programming available in the channel, i.e. ensuring all metadata associated with content is accurate, images are live, and closed captioning is available.
• Screen all Comedy Central stand-up programming for use in the channel.
• Must stay on top of all network priorities for scheduling purposes.
• Work with digital research to track performance of the channel.
• Interact closely with various departments, including Production, Video, and Marketing.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with solid internship experience or 1-2 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
• A strong interest in stand-up and a passion for TV
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid time management
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills, plus capable of problem solving |
