As the primary overseer of externally-facing digital platforms, you will lead how our organization delivers value and service to its core constituents and to outside audiences via digital technology.

You are an effective leader and communicator who works well with creative, operational, technical and non-technical teams. You are a detail-oriented multi-tasker who can develop creative solutions to complex problems.
You will drive the development of the organization’s digital strategy, aligning our external platforms and delivery with the organization’s vision, strategic plan, branding and content strategy; implement processes and schedules for site content posting, tagging and maintenance; establish the means by which data-driven offerings are integrated into our digital platforms; plan, implement and manage “create once, publish everywhere” content management and distribution system, consolidating the creative input into a single content platform for distribution via our website, email, RSS, social media, syndication, and external platforms, as well as oversee website help desk services to customer service staff; serve as escalation point for unresolved user issues, and prepare wireframes, functional specifications, and other documentation for major development projects.
You have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years experience managing digital technology projects and experience with content-rich, interactive websites, using content management systems.
Your knowledge of and background in mobile, app development, social media, and search-engine optimization are solid; experience in events, media/publishing, or in trade associations a plus.
You are proficient in a range of Content Management Systems (a knowledge of the Python/Django platform is helpful), Project Management software, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, RSS, Database management platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
