| Job Requirements |
Achieve advertising sales revenue goals each quarter.
Search and prospect new clients in Florida and the Southeastern US.
Build and maintain existing client relationships. Develop new business.
Prepare sales presentations/proposals customized based on the needs, objectives, and goals of individual clients relative to the different targets and demos.
Successfully interpret clients' marketing wants and needs to best position our brands as the ultimate marketing solution.
Oversee internal and external communications relative to a client's advertising needs. Work with NY-based marketing and sales teams.
Manage and oversee the job responsibilities of a dedicated Sales Coordinator. Oversee their growth and development within the department and company.
Oversee entire sales process from pre-call, pitch, closing of sale, traffic and promotional implementation, and monitoring of billing/management of collections.
JOB SKILLS: Proven written and oral communication skills in English (fluent Spanish is a plus). The ability to communicate well with all levels of employees and the ability to work with close supervision. Personal skills needed include: outgoing, friendly, open, creative, and team-oriented individuals.
EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years work experience. 1+ year of sales experience. Experience in media sales or with advertising agency in media/marketing/online departments preferred.
EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Business Administration. |
