Solution Tree, a growing K–12 educational publishing and services company, seeks an experienced, full-time, onsite book copyeditor in Bloomington. This position is responsible for copyediting book manuscripts and for checking and correcting outsourced copyediting.
A minimum 2 years of experience copyediting books in a supervised publishing setting is required; experience in journalism or self-publishing will not be considered. Knowledge of CMS style, book structure, and the publishing process are essential; APA familiarity is a plus. The successful applicant will have proven ability to edit accurately and efficiently as part of a deadline-oriented production team.
