Summary: The Corporate Communications Writer is responsible for writing, drafting and revising a variety of client facing materials, coordinating the design and content of aligned elements and driving the process of creating materials for plan participants. Working as part of a team as well as leading projects, this position requires excellent writing, time management and finishing skills. This is a full-time staff position with standard corporate benefits.
Essential Duties:
1. Responsible for drafting, editing and implementing language for participant enrollment materials.
2. Update enrollment materials (e.g., booklet, forms, executive summaries, cover letters) in conjunction with colleagues, Client Relationship Managers and Client Services associates.
3. Work with Communications Coordinators to revise and customize an array of informative plan materials.
4. Communicate effectively and manage projects in conjunction with internal stakeholders and co-workers.
5. Coordinate with Graphic Designers to produce supporting visual content.
6. Perform a variety of associated tasks as assigned, including assisting colleagues in completing new media projects (e.g. videos, email campaigns, etc.) and time-sensitive tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Education, Marketing or related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years related experience is desired. Financial services background is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

? Computer skills: Microsoft Office suite, Adobe CS6 InDesign
