• Day to day management of inventory and resolve daily issues: Operational reporting tools (e.g.- daily avails, weekly business revenue reports, and year on year advertiser spending comparisons)
• Forecast Inventory
• Provide sales support on ad sales related functions- Processing of all change notice requests from the ad sales team (split, brand allocations, flight changes, creative changes, copy changes)
• Report and manage availability inventory in premium programming
• Book and maintain management reserve and barter deals
• Assess and communicate advertising opportunities and risks
• Daily communication via email and phone with Sales staff
• Management of business rules to adjust inventory projections and delivery
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Network Advertising Sales
• Experience with Wide Orbit traffic systems a plus
