We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our Client Services team. The role will involve working with a diverse set of Brand and Agency clients to ensure delivery against campaign objectives. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, with the ability to provide an exceptional level of client service, manage client expectations, monitor campaign performance, deliver reporting and coordinate with technical/analytical teams. Prior experience overseeing the execution of online video campaigns preferred.
Your Experience Is
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 - 3+ years of advertising agency experience
Proven track record of outstanding client service: positive, enthusiastic, and thorough
Familiarity with online video advertising and associated measurement/performance metrics (Atlas, Vindico, DFA)
Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate inputs from multiple teams and stakeholders
Confident communicating with many demanding clients at once
Concurrently managed up to 15 large and diverse advertiser campaigns
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Extreme attention to detail: Analytically-minded, critical thinker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
