Whisper is hiring part-time content moderators to work in its Santa Monica office.
Responsibilities include moderating the "Popular Now" section, and selecting unsung user posts for consideration by the Whisper community for inclusion in the Popular Now section. Moderators may also select user posts for special content packages and projects.
Strong candidates will have experience moderating online communities and curating content, editorial experience, and familiarity with the major social content platforms. They will need to master Whisper's content and community guidelines, work independently and remotely, communicate clearly, attend to detail, and exercise creative judgment. Experience with content management systems and Microsoft Office preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required.
