Assistant duties include answering phones and screening/logging calls; micromanaging demanding daily schedule and calendar for head of company; helping with personal administrative needs; organizing calls/meetings both internally and with clients; conducting research as needed; maintaining various files and logs; greeting clients/talent/office visitors as needed; composing memos or taking notes at meetings for supervisor or staff.
--Junior office manager duties include maintaining the needs of the office which could include ordering supplies and handling deliveries; keeping the office organized; liaising with IT and other third parties as needed; helping with staff administrative needs which could include arranging messengers, mailings, benefits, travel; assisting with office manager.
Job Requirements: College Degree plus ideally one year of related corporate work experience or equivalent internship experience.
Candidate should be impeccably organized and detail-oriented; highly computer literate; social media savvy; have good instincts and be a strategic and forward thinker. Must be able to work flexible hours including overtime as necessary. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
