Rodale is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing consumer magazine marketing activities and analytic reporting across several of Rodale’s leading titles including Men's Health, Women’s Health, Runner’s World, Running Times & Bicycling. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player on a team focused on creative thinking and driving online sales results for leading consumer brands.
Responsibilities include:
•Driving creative ideas to sell magazine subscriptions, both print and digital in an online environment
• Fully executing and analyzing results for website marketing. This includes leading the development of creative and copy and managing test and roll-out plans on a weekly basis.
•Oversee and distribute weekly reports to senior management and various marketing, production and finance departments detailing results to date
• Development of premium, price and term expression (including use of sweepstakes on site and social media promotions to improve pay rates and conversions)
•Work on ad hoc digital marketing projects to support overall business objectives
•Assist with budget process for online sources
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree required
•Publishing experience preferred, familiarity with CDS a plus
•4-5 years of work experience with a track record of success in direct marketing, including prior experience with site marketing
•Analytical with strong excel and access skills, ability to use/create pivot tables and macros (experience assisting with budgets and forecasts a must)
•Desire to work on new channels of business
