| Job Requirements |
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or related field. The candidate must also have at least 1+ years of experience in an editorial position with science or journal publishing.
Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Candidates need to work well in a team setting and meet deadlines. |
| About Our Company |
Assist editors with preparation of grants and projects for medical communications company that develops education for healthcare practitioners. This includes but is not limited to:
- Requesting permissions from medical journals
- Obtaining/requesting articles from the medical literature
- Assisting in the development of statistical outcomes reports
- Proofreading manuscripts, PowerPoint presentations, revisions, meeting materials, printer proofs, first layouts, and website materials
- Providing administrative support for CME/CE accreditation-related activities, including corresponding with faculty and maintaining faculty database
- Supporting editorial services department with other administrative and editorial duties as needed |
